The lever to open the cam is easily usable with just one hand thanks to a patented system that requires just one movement. The cam is equipped with a set of teeth that protects the wear of the rope but that are effective in blocking and ascending the rope. The Climbing Technology Quick Up DX Ascender also features three slots to prevent the build up of mud and to reduce the effort required to slide the device up the rope in all conditions.
